Zachary von Zandt is a very handsome 4-5 year old Shepherd mix. Zachary has completely captured our hearts at the rescue. A total sweetie, he has the most charming and endearing personality, and his tail always seems to be wagging. We think he will do well in many homes and be wonderful addition to your family.  He is great on leash, staying close to your side on walks.  He's also been wonderful with other dogs, meeting them well on walks and socializing well in playgroups. He is currently sharing his kennel with two other doggie roommates and doesn’t mind the company. (He's a no for cats, however.) At around 60 pounds, he is the perfect size to squeeze onto your lap for belly rubs (if you have a big lap, that is). This love muffin enjoys all the attention and is eager to please, and will take treats ever-so-gently when he “sits” and “downs.” Zachary can’t wait to meet you.
